Elk Hill is currently recruiting for a Parent/Child Specialist in the Charlottesville area. This employee will be assisting in all aspects of the delivery of therapeutic mentoring services, parent support and maintaining a caseload of families while serving as a positive and healthy role model for the families.

We are looking for candidates that:

• Meets requirements of a Qualified Mental Health Professional or Licensed Mental Health Professional or a high school diploma with the equivalent of 10 years or more years working with at-risk youth combined with some supervisory experience.
• Have experience in Home-Based, Therapeutic Day Treatment, Outpatient or Residential experience, preferred.
• Can work independently.
• Have solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Exhibit consistent personal integrity with clients, families and co-workers
