Healthy families, healthy children

We work closely with the entire family unit to provide:

• Family relationship building and parenting skills
• Effective communication, problem solving, and social skills
• Anger management
• Guidance on utilizing appropriate community resources
• Case management services
• Medication management

Intensive In-Home

Helping children and families in crisis

[This is a Medicaid funded service. VICAP assessment required.]

We tailor a combination of mental health supports to the specific needs of children and families in crisis.

• Includes all services listed above with the addition of 24-hour crisis response
• Designed to help families manage a crisis in the context of their family vs. out-of-home placement

Mental Health Skill Building

Practical skills for a stable future

[This is a Medicaid funded service.]

We support vulnerable young adults with chronic mental health conditions transitioning into independence ages 18 and up with coaching on:

• Functional skills and daily living skills
• Health, nutrition and physical condition
• Assistance with medical appointments
• Assistance with medication management
• Appropriate use of community resources
