Jessica Cocciolone, CFRE, joined Elk Hill in 2016 to lead the development team in raising more than $1 million annually for Elk Hill programs, building public awareness through marketing communications, and engaging volunteer and community resources to advance the Elk Hill’s mission.
Prior to Elk Hill, she served as Director of Development at Higher Achievement in Richmond, VA, where she led and grew their fundraising program. Before 2004, Cocciolone was Development Manager at JDRF, Albuquerque, New Mexico and Executive Director Chickasha Public School Foundation, Chickasha, Oklahoma. Cocciolone's career has had a special emphasis on working with the youth population in social services, education and mental health.
Cocciolone earned a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. She has been actively involved in the Central VA. Chapter, Association of Fundraising Professionals, where she Co- Chairs the National Philanthropy Day event.
Cocciolone resides in Richmond and can often be found with her daughter, rock climbing or hiking around the James River.
